Product Management Associate

Responsibilities Drive and facilitate product feature development by collaborating with related function
stakeholders
Support localization of new feature requirements and test cases
Plan, conduct, optimize and monitor product testing (User Acceptance Testing) to
ensure finished product quality
Coordinate with key function stakeholders for feature testing and rollout
Assess impact and urgency of issues to prioritize resolutions
Collaborate with Regional Product Team to troubleshoot and conduct initial
investigation of raised issues to solve problems
Support and provide guidance to internal and external users

Qualifications
Native fluency in Thai (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
Good command of business English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or IT
related field is preferred
3 - 5 years experience in QA / Tester roles and background in Application Testing,
System Testing would be a plus
Firm understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing
Methodologies
A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
Have strong interpersonal & communication skills
Has high interest in user interface design and optimization to serve business needs
Detail oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience using JIRA or similar tool is a plus
Experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience with e-Commerce is a plus
