Product Development Officer

JOB SUMMARYPrimarily responsible for formulating and coordinating product/service packages and marketing strategies for the development of business loan operation and the overall achievement of performance target, profitability, customer and employee’s satisfaction in accordance with business objectives.JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent- At least three to five 3-5 years of relevant experience- Knowledgeable in Marketing, Product Development and Business Operations- Excellent Communication and Analytical SkillsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTakes charge in the development, implementation, review and updating of company products and services and strategies;
Formulates and implements new product packages, services and business strategies for the development of business loan operations;
Prepares modules and presentations of the products/ service packages developed; * Oversees the development of marketing strategies and recommends alternatives to get more clients and increase sales;
Coordinates with Branch personnel and other departments for operations concerns and transactions
Modifies and oversees Database Reports by collating, inputting, processing, checking and retrieving information and data related to product development; * Complies and submits all required documents/ reports.
Meets the assigned performance target in the prescribed frequency/time.
Complies with all Pertinent Policies.
