Product Analyst
Main purpose of the job
To manage conceptualization, definition, development, delivery and growth of products and services that will help the company optimize investments being made in product research and development, attract new customers, delight and engage existing customers, and generate revenue for the company
Job Description
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities to deliver high impact outcomes based on business strategy and objectives
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, user experience designers and others, to deliver new products or enhancements to existing products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Qualifications
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Agile software development methodologies and frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban), and product development best practices (Design Thinking, etc)
Good understanding in requirements elicitation, market research, systems modelling
Understanding of business processes related to Human Resource or Human Capital Management an advantage
OR
Understanding of financial services and/or banking solutions an advantage
Experience with integrating 3rd party applications is also an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Independent, self-starter with experience in working with multicultural teams
Creative problem solver and passionate advocate for the customer
