Responsibilities
• Set and maintain technical and manufacturing processes• Review quality levels of work center processes• Identify and resolve manufacturing process quality problems• Collaborate with other function groups• Engage in process development and support manufacturing line trial• Lead cross-functional team meetings• Ensure operators are trained to documented processes• Facilitate RCA on quality related issues• Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred• 2-4 years' experience in Manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, personal products, or pharmaceutical• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt a plus• Knowledge of Process Capability, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiment, and Root Cause Analysis
