The Process Designer provides the knowledge and expertise in process reviews and development, both in technical and business areas. The Process Designer will contribute to RPA process mapping and reengineering projects, specifically on the impact analysis and requirements development steps, by reviewing the current process, identifying possible process improvements (either removal of waste or automation), and recommending best process from a business perspective.

Qualifications
Experience in process documentation, improvement and management in life insurance operations
LOMA courses passed, preferably: Principles of Insurance, Insurance Company Operations
Experience in design thinking IS A MUST
Experience in business process reengineering or zero-based design IS A MUST
Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferred
Six Sigma certified, at least Green Belt, is preferred
Graduate of Industrial Engineering
Responsibilities
Participate in knowledge building practices to develop thought leadership, e.g., attending conferences and trainings, business immersion, networking, reading publications, being up-to-date on other industries
Conduct client journey mappingUnderstand business objectives and focus areas
Identify sources of information and gaps
Conduct discovery sessions with clients and business users who directly impact the journey experience
Construct journey map
Identify opportunities to improve client experience
Conduct business process improvement reviews or reengineering of identified business process areaUnderstand current state of business
Evaluate organizational needs, understand pain points and identify gaps
Gather market trends and competitor analysis
Recommend process improvements – changes in process, elimination of wastes, automation, etc.
Participate and contribute in RPA process mapping and reengineering projects
Provide process review or reengineering support for other business solutions that will be developed
