Description Responsible for troubleshooting,repair and maintenance of production machines/assembly according to standard operating procedures and work instructions within assigned area in order to achieve product quality, ensure continuous assembly line operations. Provide technical support to production in terms of the installation, setup, and preventive maintenance of production machines/test handler that generally includes mechanical, electrical, electronics, and pneumatics related works. Promote occupational safety based on standards set by the company.
• Prepare production machines/Assembly prior to startup of operations.
• Stop the line in case of abnormal situation.
• Makes the necesssary controls on the equipment to ensure that quality is at standard level prior to turnover to production after repair.
• Monitor performance of production machines including related tooling, jigs, and fixtures to achieve product
• Monitors scraps and all quality related issues and give peramanent corrective action to prevent occurences.
• Monitor equiment preformance FPY, OEE on all assigned stations.
• Monitor availability as well as control inventory and cost of spare parts to optimize production machine/test handler utilization
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to optimize production machines/assembly handler utilization.
• Participate in technical projects and/or activities such as implementation of Autonomous
Maintenance and Systematic Maintenance to optimize maintenance work, improve maintenance
procedures and achieve maintenancerelated KPI's/targets (e.g., Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

• Report results and escalate abnormalities according to the escalation procedures.
• Participate actively in the daily startup meetings of Autonomous Team and Maintenance Team.

• Follow established company policies, rules, regulations, procedures and code of ethics/conduct.
• Follow specific laws and internal regulations regarding work safety and the environmental policy of
the company.
• Execute inspections and maintenance work requiring special technical equipment.
