Your Role:
As a Preschool Teacher at Curious Campers, you are more than just an educator; you are a catalyst for curiosity and a guide for exploration. Your mission is to ignite the spark of wonder in every child, creating an environment where they feel inspired to question, explore, and discover the world around them.
Responsibilities:
-Facilitate curiosity-led conversations that encourage critical thinking and creative expression.
-Cultivate a love for nature through hands-on nature studies and outdoor exploration.
-Introduce children to the beauty of literary vocabulary through captivating storytelling and literary immersion.
-Embrace our Charlotte Mason-inspired curriculum, infusing each lesson with innovation and imagination.
-Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and empowered to learn.
Qualifications:
-A passion for progressive education. Deep understanding of the Charlotte Mason philosophy an advantage
-Creative thinking skills and the ability to design engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting with children and fostering positive relationships.
-Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new ideas and approaches, moving beyond the confines of traditional teaching methods.
