- Proficient in both Portuguese and English
- Technical Support and Service desk experience is an advantage
- At least Vocational level
- Knowledge in Microsoft application is a plusResponsibilities:- Provide 1st level technical support
- Troubleshoot related concerns and queries
- Respond to software and hardware inquiries
- Assist customers in logging system
- Update and track the incoming calls in the system
