Portfolio Operations Lead | Night Shift

The Portfolio Operations Lead will perform the functions outlined below:

- Review and monitoring of breaks daily to ensure everything is in order and breaks are commented and followed-up
- Act as a back-up when any associate or specialist is on leave
- Responsible to review process documentations and update the same regularly as a reference for associates and specialist
- Monitor progress of associates and coach them in all areas
- On a monthly basis this position will entail NAV calculations, production of month end sign off packages including NAV, review of the financials statement and preparation of investor statements
- Lead process reviews to ensure the team is not just improving on its efficiencies but making sure we the team is doing the right things to achieve its goal
