Job Description:
First year of the career, a portfolio manager provides a sound and customized financial blueprint to grow, manage, and diversify the Net Worth of their private clients (Individuals, families, businessmen, institutional and/or corporate investors.), constructing an effective blueprint of solution/s to reach their clients' financial priorities and goal/s.


Second year of the program is geared towards Management and Leadership. The portfolio managers now become Associate Unit Managers and be able to create and manage their own team the right way. Developing their mentees to be future leaders as well. Moving forward, the Associate Unit Managers will then be elevated on a yearly basis into Unit Managers, Agency Managers, and to eventually become District Managers and the new pillars of the company moving forward.

Minimum Qualifications:
College degree Strong communication Ability to listen, understand, and give advice Goal-oriented at an individual and team level Strong desire for performance-driven compensation and growing earning potential Enthusiastic and interested with the financial services industry Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; We are looking for professionals working for at least one (1) year EXCLUSIVELY in the following target industries:
