Job Descriptions
Encodes billing summary to truckers based from summary of trips prepared by verifier
Compares truckers’ billing against published rates provided by Purchasing
Reports discrepancies to Team Leader
Outright returns and return through pull out upon deliveries should be documented immediately on the DR stating quantity returned and acknowledge by the driver.
Encodes billing statements for review
Records billing invoices and all other charges to trucking in the logbook
Encodes all trips provided by verifier for accrual for review and final submission to Accounting
Encodes charges to truckers based on damages and discrepancies reported
Check and resolved E-IFD online transactions or feedbacks from stores
Submit the following reports(i) Summary of trips
Performs other tasks related to Logistics operations that may be assigned from time to time by Immediate Superior.

8 hour shift
