Work you’ll do
role will focus on regulatory compliance and risks such as 3rd Party
Risk, Privacy, Anti-Corruption, Data Protection, Cyber Security, Fraud and
payment controls, Trade compliance, Labor laws, and other Risk and Compliance
related tasks. This role also ensures compliance is being met across the
Philippines Delivery Center in line with Global Strategy and Policies. This role will partner with different
departments for the development and execution of risk and compliance controls
across all the functions.Lead
and support risk / compliance control framework for legal and regulatory
controls across PH delivery center.Develop
and control deficiency plansWork
effectively through others to deliver process improvement within compliance and
support standardization of control execution across the regionsDrive
risk and compliance awareness across the PH delivery center whilst supporting
and making risk intelligent decisionsManage
and support risk and compliance aspects for the PH delivery center aligning to
global processes and local regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and/or support the
following Regulatory and Risk Advisory service areas:Ethics and ComplianceIntegrity
helpline, mandatory courses, and discipline process (for taking disciplinary action
if there is non-compliance)
Customer Experience and TechnologyMy
compliance dashboard, and Compliance Help Desk (for logging and responding to
compliance related enquiries)
Political Activity Compliance, Regulatory ReportingExpenditures /
Events review, Trade Compliance (Sanctions), Referrals / Hiring, Political
Activity Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting
Third Party Risk
ManagementThird Party Risk
Management (Anti-corruption due diligence regarding vendors and sub-contractors)
Audits and Representations
Tracking &
Management (Loss of PDAs, laptops or other potential breaches of confidential
information and PII)

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree holderWith legal education or qualification an
advantage but not required 13 years’ experience with at least 8 years in
Risk & Compliance roles.Strong domain knowledge in global and local
laws and regulations.Demonstrated knowledge in contract review and
administrationsStrong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication
skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful
situations with changing prioritiesExcellent problem solving skills,
ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project
tenacity, client focused and results orientedProven
demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.Strong collaborative, interpersonal and
leadership qualities. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in
a fast-paced environment
