Overall responsibilitiesLeading SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projectsAnalyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutionsChallenge our customer’s current HR/Talent business processesSupport customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processesDesign solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach)Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environmentDefine the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps, recording and resolutionFinalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activitiesConduct knowledge transfer activities to support customers in developing their skills.Participate in internal knowledge transfers in order to extend and enhance the company's competence centre teamCompetencies/Experiences/Knowledge/Skills: A Bachelor’s degree or higherAt least 8-10 years of relevant experience in implementing software solutions for Talent ManagementStrong technical-functional knowledge of cloud software solutions for Talent ManagementExperience in HR Process Optimization and DesignExpertise in SuccessFactors is a mustExperience in project management is requiredStrong functional understanding of the HR DomainProfessional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environmentsProfessional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
