Role Description and Responsibilities
Engage with our customers over phone and email in a friendly and supportive way
Work with the Operations team & courier partners to track and manage orders
Help drive Sales when interacting with customers

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take in calls.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to answer queries quickly whilst maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Effective listening skills --- you do more listening than talking.
Willing to work in Uptown Mall Taguig in a dayshift schedule
