Performance Marketing Lead

Reporting to the Head of Brand, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field and can manage and nurture a small team.
About the Performance Marketing Lead Role:
This is a great opportunity as this new role as will have a direct impact to the team's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a subject matter expert in performance marketing
Take initiative for media/marketing/advertising agencies
Work closely with operations teams to design and optimise the company's digital marketing campaigns
Focus on lead generation, as well as to measure their performance and overall impact on the business.

There is a high level of expectation for this role hence you must be entrepreneurial and driven.
Key Requirements:
More than five years of experience in digital marketing
Digital media buying and planning experience (no ATLs)
Media agency or e-commerce industry background
Analytical (must be data-driven and numbers-driven)
