Maintain all pay, deduction, and tax information for employees- Setup and process wage garnishments, including child support, levies, and bankruptcies as necessary- Work closely with Benefits and HR representatives to verify the accuracy of all employee HR and Benefits changes, new hire entries, terminations, and other payroll-related maintenance items- Provide reports and assistance to clients and other team members, as neededWhat you bring to the job?- 1- 2 years of Payroll or Accounting experience- Comfortable in working with US-based client- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel (can use Excel basic functions such as simple formulas and produce accounting reports- Can work on-site when needed- Can work from 2:00am to 11:00am, Tuesday to Saturday.
