Qualifications:
• Graduate of Finance/Accountancy
•At least 1 year Payroll experience
• Advanced knowledge in excel reporting
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
Responsibilities:

•Payroll live run
•Payroll validation and reconciliation
•Payroll accounting, journal entries and accruals
•Various reportorial requirements (local & global)
•Siebel administration (employee inquiries)
•Post payroll reporting and statutory requirements
•Process mid-month and end-month payroll cycle runs.
•Performs various analysis and reconciliations.
•Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
•Handles payroll accounting and accruals.
•Prepares performance metrics monitoring
•Provides reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics
•Ensures compliance to Team Norms, Internal controls and Company’s Policies
•Assists with ad hoc requests/special projects/team projects and assists with internal deliverables preparation
•Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
