**Job Summary**:Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into their company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.**Function/Responsibilities**- In charge of product development- Research, Planning, and Overseeing the development of new products.- keep track of all the costs related creation for the product coordinating with purchasing officer- Researching for raw materials, ingredients, suppliers- Decides if all ideas and plans worth pursuing.- Instigates ideas and delegating them to the commissary supervisor- Suggesting efficient recipes- Searching for alternative and innovative ways to showcase the product in the market(The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time.
