DUTIES

To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in his repective Kitchen, according to the standards required by the management. Pastry Chef must ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in an International Hotel/Resort or in a well known Patisserie is an advantage.
- Has strong financial acumen and must be good in administrative skills
- Oral and written fluency in English and Filipino.
- A team player, has high attention to details, guest-oriented, creative and has commitment to professional values.
