The role
You will work in the community with a full paediatric caseload. You will be required too
Assess and understand client needs and develop multidisciplinary and/or transdisciplinary service recommendations (as appropriate) to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective services within defined funding parameters.
Deliver high quality, best practice clinical services for clients with a broad range of needs and complexities to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Manage a diverse mix of clients; adapt service delivery solutions to ensure meaningful outcomes. Efficiently and effectively manage and plan the delivery of services to achieve performance targets and quality client outcomes.
Provide funding bodies with evidence based information to support individual clients to secure appropriate funding and resources.
Provide local peer support to clinicians to enhance client outcomes and to build the competence and capability of the team.
Identify opportunities to attract and retain clients to support the growth and sustainability of the business.
Complete client documentation and administrative obligations in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure reporting requirements are update-to-date and accurate.

Essential criteria
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Full AHPRA registration)
This is a senior position – 4 -5 years experience minimum
Experience in a paediatric setting
Be passionate about paediatrics
Hold a full driving licence and your own vehicle
