Packaging Engineer

Primary Responsibilities: Leads the packaging development activities, documentation, and scale-up of new packaging in accordance with approved designs while continuously enhancing and improving existing packaging. Performs necessary tests required on different packaging materials and components for new product development and alternative materials and suppliers. Leads cost reduction projects in packaging materials and filling and packing processes. Qualification: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, and related fields. With 3 to 5 years work experience in package development preferably in personal care products or cosmetics, home care products, food products, and related consumer products. Knowledge of package development software is an advantage Can drive and with driver's license is advantage but not required.
