Position Objectives
Reporting directly to the Parts Manager on day to day activities and an overall reporting function to the Regional Fixed Operations Manager the Outdoor Parts Specialist is responsible for the development and growth of an active parts and lubricants sales channel across Papua New Guinea and to achieve the KPIs in conjunction with the Management.

Develop and expand commercial and reseller business
Good customer focus, relationship building, leadership and communication skills.
Able to mentor, coach and motivate staff.

Position Responsibilities
Provide technical parts sales support to all customers
Manage all accounts for parts sales
Follow up with internal functions to ensure orders placed by customers is delivered in time in full.
Follow-up and quick resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate activities such as customer events, and merchandising support to maximise business development opportunities or customer service levels.
introduce new initiatives and value added products.
Prepare weekly plan and activity report
Prepare a Monthly activity.
Monitor monthly volume and profitability against plan & prior period results and prepare an analysis report on trends and variances.
Manage the parts outdoor sales business within the given budget.
Create innovative ideas to promote Company products and services through effective campaigns
Monitor and report competitors' activities on regular basis.
Manage credit exposure to customers
Explore new opportunities.
Assist in Marketing Activities
Provides feedback to Management and relevant department heads on requirements for improving sales
Ensuring brand standards and guidelines are adhered to in reseller outlets
Ensure branches hold sufficient inventory for their territory

Education and Experience
The candidate must have the following:
Parts sales experience including new sales and cold calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated inter personal, communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels and of different ethnic backgrounds and age groups
Innovative and high capability of lateral thinking.
