YOUR ROLE
Responsible for contacting customers to secure necessary documentation for unknown deductions
Responsible for classifying and solving customer disputes that are assigned to Manila portfolio
Responsible for document collections and contacting the customer for repayment of invalid disputes
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience in Accounts Receivable - Deductions; Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
Knowledge in VBA and SAP scripting is an advantage
Willing to work on night shift 09:00PM ~ 06:00AM
