Job Description:
As part of the Customer Service Team, you will maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. You will also be recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.

Good command of English communication skills (both written and verbal) Candidates should have completed at least two years in college / vocational program / SHS graduate 1 year Risk, Protection and Fraud Management/1 year Optical Background Sales/Tech experience is preferred, but not required Experience with hospitality or reservation services is preferred, but not required
