Operations Manager

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the continued growth and overall viability of the branch operation by attaining its financial targets and through training and development of manpower, strategic market plans and overall support to its operating units.
Responsibilities:  Manages operations of the branch, ensuring achievement of critical quantitative and qualitative targets. Sets performance target of the branch and drives the team to its achievement. Develops and oversees implementation of strategic plans, directions and programs of the branch. Strengthens the Company's position in the industry through close monitoring of financial growth and stability, develops and cultivates markets and seeks opportunities for growth. Reinforces strict implementation of Company policies and procedures to ensure harmony and order in the workplace. Oversees developmental aspects of the associates especially of the direct subordinates through coaching, mentoring and regular performance feedback. Maintains harmonious customer relations through the implementation of various marketing and customer service activities. Promotes synergy among the Ayala Group of Companies, Honda Cars Philippines and its representatives, as well as with other significant suppliers and government agencies. Qualifications: Preferably a graduate of Business Management/ Administration; MBA an advantage With at least 5 years experience as an Operations Manager preferably in an automotive industry Skills: Stakeholder and quality focus, business acumen/ perspectives, problem-solving and decision-making, strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, organization development skills, general business management Have strong analytical mind and sound business judgement, flexible, goal-oriented, results-oriented, decisive but calculating Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as an operations manager?
