Job Description
Will be responsible for the direct implementation and administration of benefit programs.
Will prepare and communicate information to appropriate parties regarding benefit programs, procedures, changes and government mandated disclosures.
Will audit to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports;
May be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business.

Job Qualification
8+ years' related customer service experience3 years leadership experience managing team leaders and operations experts
Nice to have experience handling healthcare account
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an allied health / medical field and/or experience in a health insurance account
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
