Job Description:
Interface with the client and Trends NOC L2. Does approval of the MOP for any change managemnent activities. Ensures that day to day operations is running smoothly. Functionally responsible for the onsite engineers. Performs and/or participate in root cause analysis. Provides activity report and other documents to the Service Delivery Manager. Minimum Qualifications:
High level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with client's, client's internal customers and Trends teams. Can work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
