Operations Manager

Job Description Main Roles & Responsibilities: Constructs Business Plans, Growth Studies, Forecast of Sales, and Projection of Housing Construction Units.
Makes sure that the business development is feasible.
Oversees the work of the Site Engineers, Marketing, Collection, and other site staff.
Ensures all the governmental submissions are given on time. Makes sure permits & licenses are acquired and all set.
Prepares reports that are required by the higher management.
Helps motivate team to ensure delivery of targets.
Prepare Project Schedule and monitors progress of everyone on site.
Regularly suggests and improves flow of housing sales & construction.
Evaluate all the documents submitted by the site.
Facilitates Business Development concerns when launching a new project.
Requirements:
Experienced in project management of Horizontal Developments.
Good Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to work indepently and dependable with multiple tasks at the same time.
Adept in computer applications with good numerical ability.
