Operational Risk Manager

Job Description:
The Operational Risk Manager is responsible for identifying and proposing solutions for any risks that may result in property loss, injury, or legal liability. He leads in planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for APRI


Conducts audits of Risk Management policy and compliance to standards. Facilitate risk identification, analysis, and evaluation at BU level Managing insurance procurement and third-party property loss inspections. Develops plans for disaster preparedness and business continuity. Provides support, education, and training to staff to build risk awareness Reports to management what risk issues are present and provides them with a plan to minimize risk. Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Professional Experience: At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Leadership Experience: Prior management experience is preferred. Project Experience: With at least 5 years knowledge in the same or similar industry is preferred. Required Skill(s): Risk identification skills, assessment and management skills, leadership skills, network and influencing skills, written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer and microsoft skills.
