Operation Manager

Menya Group Holdings Corporation is looking for an Operation manager and manager assistant (restaurant opening staffs) for its newly opening Ramen restaurant in Manila city. You will be expected to assist in variety of tasks for a start-up restaurant, and also continuously improve on day to day operations in the restaurant. Tasks are listed below but not limited to:-Market research and establish and maintain the relationship with local and international vendors-Administrative roles-Track, monitor and improve food and drink sales performance and to develop menus-Maintain exceptional levels of customer service-Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good relationships-Recruit, manage, train and develop the restaurant team
The successful candidate will-be passionate about Food & Beverage especially Ramen! -be able to cope with multitasking under pressure-has great experience in customer service (at least 2years), cash handling and POS system-has advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)-has minimum 2-3 years of start up, management consulting or operations background-must communicate effectively in English and Filipino. Also proficiency in Japanese would be an asset-be able to travel oversea ( for Training purposes)-has bachelor or college diploma in the relevant field
Addition to these requirements, great assets will be:-having strong knowledge of the local market, particularly in the food-tech.-Solid understanding of financial management; general finance, budgeting, include profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
