**Job Qualifications**:- Must high school graduate- NO BPO experience required- College Graduate No BPO experience Required- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills- Can do onsite work in Bacolod**Responsibilities**:- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center Representative: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
