Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to company websites- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field- Strong presentation and emotional intelligence skills- Excellent communication and writing skills- Proficiency in social media marketing tools and analytics platforms- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns is a plus
