Responsibilities:- Provide online assistance and support to clients via email, chat, and phone- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Research and resolve client issues and concerns effectively- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction- Work with clients to troubleshoot any technical problems they may encounter- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the online client support process

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role- Energetic and confident demeanor- Strong research skills to effectively resolve client inquiries- Ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in using online customer support tools and platforms- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
