As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.3. Provide product recommendations and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.4. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming to exceed their expectations.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.7.
