JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be graduate of any 4 years course
- At least have 1 year experience Team Leader, OIC, Manager and handling manpower.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.
- Male/Female
- Have a good back background and knowledgeable in I.T. products is an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Direct the daily operations of the Service Center branch
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the branch
- Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
- Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution
- Submit monthly reports.
- Oversee the day to day daily operations of the branch.
