Details of the offer

Main responsibilities: Under the supervision of the General manager, the Office Manager who will handle: Finance, Human Resource and Administration, with the main responsibilities of:

1-Financial Management and Reporting

- Ensure that internal accounting and finance operations comply with a;; Philippine standards and laws;
- Manage the day to day finance and accounting services and staff;
- Manage the submission of financial reports to ensure that these are timely, complete, correct and appropriate. Identify problems and assist in providing solutions.

2-Human Resources Management

- Ensure that an appropriate system of confidential personnel files for the Green Acre staff, containing key data, documents and correspondences relative to each employee’s contractual relationship is maintained and up to date;
- Ensure a satisfactory payroll system of the staff, including ensuring timely payment of salaries and remittance of payroll taxes and social security contributions withheld to the proper authorities, as required by Philippine laws;
- Ensure that appropriate procedures are in place and are respected with respect to recruitment, dismissal, compensation & benefits, employment conditions, travels as per the Green Acres policies and the human resources Manual. Developing and maintaining the policies, procedures and human resources manual as is necessary.

3-Contract and general Administration

- Ensure that the Green Acres fulfill their contractual obligations with regard to timely and quality financial reporting and budgeting;
- Ensure that projects funds are called on a timely basis on the basis of the procedure agreed with each project;
- Assist the General manager and operations staff in meeting other contractual obligations to all contracts when possible;
- Administrate insurance contracts of Green Acres assets and personnel.

4-Others

- Ensure compliance with Field Operations for maintenance and management of property (Vehicles, equipment, Main Office);
- Ensure the use of Green Acres accounting and Management information systems (MIS) systems guidelines etc are in place and adhered to by all staff;
- Ensure that all laws with respect to taxes and duties are respected and that all authorized exemptions are obtained.

Typically for those in need of greening, slope protection, erosion control, turf establishment or general vegetation establishment with hydroseeding and other related products and services.

Green Acres is a young but growing company often pioneering the emerging industry of hydroseeding. We operate in the Philippines and Southeast Asia as the exclusive distributor of HydroStraw and Summit Seed’s high-quality products and equipment for the region. We are growing our team with patient, detail orientated people who enjoy a rapid, multi-cultural working environment and can comfortably cope with pressured situations when they arise.

We handle numerous evolving projects, all at different stages in the sales pipeline. Projects transition through initial inquiries, to project planning, onto project implementation and often post-installation maintenance as well. All this happens alongside regular progress tracking/documentation and ongoing remote support of past projects.
