Office Intern (Legal)

- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Perform clerical duties, receive memos, sort out and maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed;
- Assist in preparing information and research materials;
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records;
- Set up, schedule, organize, and maintain conference rooms and meeting rooms; update department calendars;
- Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the COMPANY from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
