Office Engineer

Job Description:
Review/interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other design documents; understand project design basis and contractual requirements. Investigates and documents construction claims and claims evaluations. Review and evaluate work accomplished of sub-contractors for billing. Support Construction management and engineering at site in preparation of daily/weekly reports, gathering data, obtaining drawings/deliverables from vendors and home office engineering. Responsible for preparation of cost estimates for the preparation of price proposals for bids. Monitors construction materials/resources to ensure sufficiency and availability. Compile drawings and specifications for bid packets. Perform other tasks from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College graduate of Civil Engineer with Professional License in Civil Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to work in DAVAO. Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
