Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures• Manage internal and external correspondence effectively• Handle client and dog trainer communications professionally• Prepare and manage contracts, receipts, and invoices• Uphold office and call standards• Monitor client messages and respond promptly• Coordinate client leads with dog trainers and track progress• Keep dog trainers informed about their schedules and messages
Requirements
• Residency in Davao City with a willingness to work on-site• Availability for a full-time role (9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST or 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time)• Prior experience in call handling within a BPO/call center environment is advantageous• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and office communication tools• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities• A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
