Responsible for incident and Problem resolution.Contribute to drive COPA upskilling for Delivery Center resourcesWork directly with customer's client team to understand their business challenges and issues to provide a clear picture of how the solution will solve their needs.Prepare request for change documentationDevelop test plan and test cases for testing systems and applications.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other relevant fieldsMinimum of 3 years experience in Business Analysis, IT consulting, Software IntegrationExperience in COPA projects or deploymentKnowledge on the following
a. Account and costing based COPAb. Top down distributionc. Periodic revaluationd. Integration and transactional between CO and SDe. Cost component structuresf. Product CostingExperience with large scale enterprise software implementationsMust be comfortable in a Subject Matter role, working independently, and with limited supervisionClient management, communication, presentation and time management skillsAbility to analyze and solve problemsWilling to work on shifting schedule especially on night shifts
