Senior Collections Specialist

Job Description:
Reviews open accounts for collection efforts. Responsible of making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. Resolves client-billing problems and rescues account receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner. Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates. Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements. Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Must have background on credit and collection and bank related transaction Must be highly organized and dedicated With good oral and written communication skills With excellent people skills and customer service Can work with minimum supervision
