Customer Service Representative (Order Taking)

Key Accountabilities
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Non-voice account. If you are looking for an easy and stress-free account, then this one may be for you. Simple order-taking non-voice account for a US-based client.
Responsibilities:
Order taking from customers who order food via the online system
Assisting customers with taking the orders and processing tickets via Zendesk
Providing feedback on how CSR can improve and become more efficient
Skills & experience
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of work experience in the BPO environment is required
Good English communication skills
Can work in rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
Dedicated, motivated and patient
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas (walking distance from SM Megamall/The Podium)
