Staff Engineer (Autocad)

Job Description:
Prepare details of input data sheet and specification memo sheet assigned to him for the proposed and contracted projects, and to make revisions if required. Prepare reference drawings for special type of elevator, as requested by the Sales department, which requires consultation with MELCO. Prepare drawings and documents required for the installation permits and certificates. Prepare and will submit traffic analysis of elevator projects as required. Meet with clients or client’s representative regarding traffic analysis results. Attend to coordination meeting with the architect or project engineer to discuss with them in detail the solution to whatever problem that may arise. Record and will file properly all layout drawings, manual, electrical and mechanical plans received from MELCO and drawings received from customers. File and will keep systematic record of traffic analysis report. Assist other departments in all the technical details whenever it is necessary, such as but not limited to assisting the sales personnel. Prepare IDS / MSE. Perform other engineering-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Engineering from an institution duly accredited by the Philippine government, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission. Must possess a technical skill in drafting. Must be computer literate, familiar with various PC based software and proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and must be knowledgeable in Auto-CAD Can interpret and read technical drawings and designs. Must be of good moral character.
