Job Description:
Channeling all incoming sourcing request and validating financial attribute Supporting the Category Specialist to run RFQ/Tactical vendor selection process Execute and maintaining the ordering process, including monitoring the approval flow Act as the documentation specialist to record all sourcing activities to the corresponding Procurement Procedure Country vendor contracts maintenance and monitor the expiration dates, to notify relevant business for renewal which requires vendor selection process Become the ambassador of Procurement value creation process and build relationship with Businesses to ensure “Early Procurement Involvement” Minimum Qualifications:
Min. bachelor’s degree (any subject) Minimum 3 years procurement experience Marketing activity exposures are an added value
