Job Description:
Acts as primary point of contact for client and management of new and existing accounts. ? Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client’s campaigns and assists in strategy development. ? Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts. ? Provides responses to client inquiries and resolve client issues and concerns. ? Prepare business presentations and reports to clients. ? Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the managing director of any problems that may arise ? Monitors and relays end-to-end requirements with respective team leads and proponents ? Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and or opportunities within or related to the project ? Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. ? Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Managing Director, Sales or other support. ? Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team. ? Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client. ? Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. ? Holds regular status meetings with project team. ? Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news. ? Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. ? Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. ? Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. ? Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision Experience in sales, product and client management
