• The primary responsibility will be to generate interest in Bill Gosling from lists of leads who will be contacted via phone. Goals will be set for quantity of calls and success criteria identified for the number of successful conversions from lead to prospect• Perform outgoing prospecting phone calls to qualify/ disqualify leads (i.e. ‘kill’ the lead or convert to an account)• Ability to conduct primary research to demonstrate prospect knowledge while communicating with prospect.• Identify, maintain and build lead lists• Learn and apply sales and marketing techniques• Obtain explicit permission to send email to prospects to feed nurturing campaigns• Utilize e-mail campaigns and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator to drive awarenss and promote Bill Gosling.• Book meetings for Business Development Managers and/or others (including Senior Management) as part of the sales cycle.• Ensure the productivity of the department so that Company goals are met or exceeded• Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner, in accordance with Bill Gosling’s Promise of Performance, “The Gosling Theory” and all Company Policies• Based on demonstrated success, position to build and manage a team of Inside Sales Reps (ISR’s)• Other duties as assignedCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.-At least 3 to 5 years (or above) Leadership Role / Supervisory Role background in the relevant field- Expert in lead generation, sales and marketing-Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig.-Willing to work in shifting/night schedule-Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)-Proficient in Microsoft Office
