Travel Specialist

Requirements:
21-25 years old
College graduate
Computer literate
Internet Savvy
Proficient in Word and Excel
Fast learner
With pleasing personality
Lives within Paranaque City or nearby cities
Responsibilities:
Attend to inbound calls and client inquiries received via email and Social Media.
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Check clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc).
Collect deposits and balances.
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
Create and update electronic records, files of clients.
Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers.
Keep financial statements and documents.
Reach sales targets.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Employer.
