Roles and Responsibilities Ensure KPIs of the Global Operations teams (Customer Service, Reservations, Payments, etc.) are accurate and easily available Create dashboards for visibility and clear assessment of teams performance Work closely with teams to understand, develop and implement the most practical solution that allows you to capture data while optimizing the work of the teams Propose new metrics that will allow the teams to constantly get more efficient Collaborate with the Business Intelligence department to always maintain the data integrity of the company Providing reports ad-hoc to upper management Minimum Qualifications:
What profile are we looking for? Academic and Work Experience Graduate from the TOP 3 university in the Philippines Ideally 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role Fresh graduates with engineering Experience creating reports on ERP/Tableau/Power BI/Zendesk or similar Mindset and Attitude Passionate with reporting and bringing numbers to every part of the operations Analytical, autonomous, driven, practical, with attention to detail and resourceful Able to find balance between data accuracy and speed of implementation Skill Sets Superb Excel skills Strong analytical skills Coding experience preferred
