Monitors all deep-wells, pumping stations, water treatment facilities and water tanks and performs the following related functions:
Monitors the operations through SCADA
Checks reservoir levels and system pressures
Checks Voltage and Current
Checks operating hours
Reads/interprets production data of deep-wells which include pressure, levels and flow
Monitors water treatment facilities
Operates/starts and stops pumping facilities
Provides feedback for continued improvement of procedures and work instructions in relation to operation and maintenance of all above-ground waterworks facilities
Has knowledge and skills in water supply operations.

Has basic knowledge in electromechanical.
Knowledgeable in operating Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

Operations Reliability
On-call 24/7 to respond during emergencies in Operations (not exceeding 1 hour response time)
Responds immediately to report provided by Security on facilities to provide immediate initial action
Responds to emergency situations in the absence of Network (for immediate response), e.g. leak. Reports immediately to concerned section.
Replaces chlorine cylinders used in operations for water treatment
Delivers bulk water as directed by superior
Performs troubleshooting of minor damages e.g. faucet leak, reports to superior in cases where major repair is required
Provides assistance to the Network Team in emergency repairs as required
Has knowledge and skills in water supply operations.
