Hands-on SEO experience (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, BrightEdge, STAT, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Deepcrawl)
Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
Functional Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
Hand-coding HTML
SQL experience
Solid time management skills;
Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with FTP and CMS (content management systems)
Hand Editing existing HTML or Using HTML editor
Modifying existing websites (static HTML and dynamic PHP, ASP, .NET) by applying search engine optimization techniques
Utilizing CSS and JavaScript
Altering SQL queries
Content upload + implementation (setting H1's + H2's)
Setting up plugins and scripts- Yoast, tag manager and analytics
Updating metadata
Mobile optimization (making links phone clickable) On-site conversion optimization (adding images, embedding maps and introducing a call to action to article pages)
Adding a reCAPTCHA to forms
Redirects and article migration
